If you could hang out with any famous person, who would it be, what would you do, and why would you choose to do that certain thing with that person?
By James Singleton: “Teens and Sex”
Teens nowadays are jumping head first into having sex, which is not good. Teens between the ages of 13 and 17 are having multiple sex partners and sometimes unprotected sex. Do you think it’s all right for teens to have sex at an early age?
It has been referred to as the birds and bees. Some people are not allowed to have yet alone converse about it. Its existence is the reason why people exist today. However it has its disadvantages such as unwanted pregnancies sexually transmitted diseases. It has taken the lives of millions of people. But still people are afraid to speak about with their children and that’s why sex is a sweet killer in the current society.
ReplyDeleteHonestly I strongly feel that teens of nowadays are too quick “to give it up” (as they say). It is evident that teenagers now rush into having sex and focus less on important matters such as education. On top of just having sex, they are also having multiple sex partners and also having unprotected sex. This is seriously a health hazard and a life-destroyer. Teenage girls who get pregnant early sometimes end up having to drop out of school in order to take car their children because they cannot afford day-care fees. This means that the girl ends up missing out on what could have been her bright future.
I believe that amongst others, the major causes of this is peer pressure and kids trying to be like other kids who are having sex. For example Anna comes to school every day talking about the pleasures of sex and how great it makes her feel. This will make Mary want to have the same feelings that Anna is having and that’s where it all begins. Furthermore parents are afraid to talk about sex with their teenager children openly (as a family). Therefore a lot of kids are not aware of the dangers and disadvantages of having sex at an early age.
Just like any other problem I believe that this also has a solution. Firstly, like the old saying goes, “Charity begins at home.” I feel that parents should lecture their children about having sex at an early age, and allow the children to also express their feelings on this topic so that if any compromises have to be made they can be met. Furthermore sex education classes should now be mandatory in all schools. This will also educate them to an abundant level.
A word of advice I would give to teens is that, if you are still a child you cannot make another child. If you are not ready/able to take care of a baby do not have sex. And remember “Flies spread diseases, so keep yours zipped.”
I beleive that it is not good at all for kids from age 13-17 to be having sex one reason for this is because they are two young and there is others things that they need to worry about instead of having sex. I also feel that there is to many diseases going around that they can catch because they not using protection corectly or not using it at all alot of kids are also getting pregnant and having there moms taking care of they childs the father of the baby doesn't want kids soo he leaves the girl to do the job. the paranet of the baby mother has enough stuff to deal with and then by the child having a baby it makes things harder for the family. These kids are amateurs and dont no wat they want they do it because of what they see or becausee they feel that they older enough to do it. I feel the best time to do it is when your able to take care of themselfs until then sex should not be on there mind it should be getting out of school finding a good job and a good home because with out that theres nothing.
ReplyDeleteIn today’s society most teenagers, some as young as 13, are caught up in sex. Some people may think it’s OK, but I think having sex at an early age is never a good idea. Young people do not know the serious consequences of sexual indulgences. I think instead of thinking about sex, teens should be focused on their education. This is a major distraction to learning. Why should young teens involve in something that can affect their future in a negative way. Sex will always be around when the time is right. One of the most serious and well known consequences of teen sex is teenage pregnancy. For most girls, getting pregnant is the end of their education. Having a baby is responsible job one that takes all of the parents attention. Besides this all teens should think of sexually transmitted diseases. I think by now everyone knows HIV kills. If people do not get treated when they have HIV, AIDS can develop, which weakens the immune system. The only safe way is to abstain and when they are mature enough to have only one partner for life. Above all, sex can damage one’s self esteem. Young teens do not think about that until at an older age when they look back at their lives and realized the many mistakes they have made.

ReplyDeleteIf I could hang out with any famous person it would be Sammie. If Sammie and I went to go hang out or chill I would be shocked, hyped, excited or maybe fainted myself away. If I choose to do a certain thing with Sammie I would say let’s get to know each other more, hang out more, chill more, ride somewhere, go to the movie, go shopping, etc. And also to see what we have in common while we conversation. If I could hang out with any famous person it would be a person that is a comedian, singer, and/or a dancer. For example: Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Mary Mary, Mindless Behavior, Miguel, Ciara, Chris Rock, and Martin Lawrence, etc. If I had the chance to hang out with famous people it would be fun and live. We all be living it up, enjoy ourselves, and have a great time.
If I could hang out with another famous person it would be Soulja Boy, Trey Songz, Monica, Tye Tribbett or The Clark Sister. If they and I went to go hang out or chill I would be ode happy, glad, excited, and joyful. If I choose to do a certain thing with them I would say let’s go celebrate, go to a concert, go to a gospel festival or somewhere good and have a joyful day. And also to see what we have in common while we conversation. It would be a pleasure to be with any famous person because it will be a good time of my life. And I will share it with my family and friends.
